WWE has to deal with the injured superstars for the whole year due to the grueling schedule given by the company. Unlike most other wrestling companies, the biggest promotion of them all conducts live events and TV taping throughout the year. They do not have any off-season which forces the superstars to perform on a non-stop basis. They have to travel on the road for almost 300 days in a year who could barely spend time with their families.

Like every other season, there’s a current list of injured WWE superstars. The list seems to be quite long that includes top superstars from both WWE Raw and Smackdown Live. According to Fightful.com, the following wrestlers are on the list:
– Carmella
– Samoa Joe
– Heath Slater
– EC3

It’s interesting to note that Samoa Joe wrestled on last week’s episode of Monday Night Raw. This means he might be in a ‘banged up’ state, for now, and took a hiatus from the rigorous WWE schedule. This is why he was not present at the special events took place at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Carmella suffered a physical scare as per her social media post, although it’s not clear whether it was an injury or not. She is coming back in quick time on Smackdown. There’s no details update available on the rest two names.
Apart from these four superstars, there are other names as well who can’t perform due to injury,
– Drew McIntyre
– Bobby Lashley
– Jinder Mahal
As reported earlier, Jinder Mahal has been dealing with a knee issue that forced him to undergo a surgery, earlier this year. It is quite a severe injury that made him go for rehab sessions to come back to the normal state where he can wrestle, regularly. We expect to see him back within November, perhaps in time for Survivor Series PPV. There’s not much update available on Bobby Lashley who is not on TV after his feud against Braun Strowman, this past July. His previous return was set in November. But now the updates advertisements are showing that he may be back in October.
Drew McIntyre is the newest inductee in the injured WWE superstars’ list who is reportedly dealing with a leg injury. It’s a minor issue that may get healed now that he decided to undergo the knives a few days ago. He will soon be back in wrestling shape as soon as doctors give him a clearance certificate. Tamina Snuka also suffered a concussion during a Live Event match. But she can come back to in-ring action, as per the medical team’s clearance.
