List of WWE superstars dealing with injuries is gradually increasing following Wrestlemania 35. Ronda Rousey and Daniel Bryan are the two huge names who are carrying the injury bugs which might have bitten another one on the Smackdown roster. He appears to be a regular face on live TV being a former multi-time world heavyweight champion, Sheamus.

He was not present at this past edition of Smackdown Live. It was an important episode where the 2019 Superstar Shakeup came to an end. But the Irish Superstar was a noticeable miss from the show and the reason being the same is an injury. A reliable source cited the reason for his latest report that might have increased the headache of the creative team.

We have witnessed a solid six-man tag team action on this past episode of Smackdown Live. Cesaro teamed up with Rusev and Shinsuke Nakamura against Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods and Kevin Owens in the main event match to come up short. The obvious question of the audience was Sheamus’ absence from the scene after a long time.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider has investigated the situation and reported an injury troubling the Celtic Warrior of the WWE, Sheamus. However, he was not able to disclose any details on the injury. Check out the following about what he said on Sheamus,

“For those who asked where Sheamus disappeared to, we are told he is dealing with an injury.”

We should mention that Sheamus is wrestling in the WWE with a neck concussion for over a couple of years. He has to go through some intense physical procedures to go through the clearance procedure of the WWE. But it is shortening his overall pro-wrestling career just like it did to Hall of Famers like Stone Cold Steve Austin or Edge. We hope that concussion’s severity did not grow bigger since the source said nothing specific about the position of the injury.

Sheamus and Cesaro formed the tag-team known as ‘The Bar’ for more than a couple of years to show their dominance in the tag team division. They have won the Raw Tag-Team Titles four times and the SmackDown Tag-Team Titles once to prove to be the very best. They are still part of the Smackdown roster and will get such championship opportunities in months to come. But before that, Sheamus needs to medically clear himself. We hope that happens soon allowing the comeback of the former world champion.
