With the next Saudi Arabia event approaching closer, rumors are running high around what the main event could be. Legends are almost sure-shot to return on this global show to deliver some major matches. One of the speculated names is Goldberg who featured in the main event of the past Saudi Arabia show named Super ShowDown. He recently opened up on having another match with the desired opponent.
FOX Wants The Fiend Bray Wyatt On Smackdown
During a recent interview with Instinct Culture, WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg revealed who he would like to face next in WWE. He picked two names, Roman Reigns or Braun Strowman as seen the below statements,
“God, who wouldn’t I like to face that I haven’t faced? You know Roman [Reigns] and Braun [Strowman] are two guys I’d like to test their metal a little bit. Georgia vs Georgia Tech, it’s kinda a built-in rivalry, but I’m good. I’m good. Whoever they throw in front of me I’ll decimate, you know. It’s all good.”
Backstage Update On Cain Velasquez’s WWE Deal & Debut Match
In case you don’t know, WWE earlier planned a championship match in Saudi Arabia between Roman Reigns and Goldberg. But the under-delivered performance by the legendary superstar at Super ShowDown might have forced the WWE to think twice.
WWE To Announce Two Huge Matches On Friday Night Smackdown Conference
WWE booked a dream match for the main event of the 1st 2019 edition of pay-per-view in Saudi Arabia. The Undertaker defeated Goldberg in the main event of this event named Super ShowDown in Jeddah, on Friday, June 7th. The buildup of the show happened mostly on this particular bout that did not live up to the hypes, at all.

Both the legends were clearly past their prime who could barely move inside that ring. Undertaker botched his pendant Tombstone Piledriver whereas Goldberg missed a Jackhammer. On both occasions they nearly broke each other’s necks causing fear of concussions. The finishing chokeslam was perhaps the worst in the career of the Phenome, to say the least. He performed at Extreme Rules 2019 to erase the memory where Goldberg competed at Summerslam with the same goal.
