Match 3 – WWE Intercontinental Championship – Gunther defeated Mustafa Ali to retain
Mustafa Ali got her own promo package before the start of the match on Night of Champions. But we could not expect this to be a potential beginning of a big push for the 37 year old. This might have been done just to appease the home crowd. But this was definitely a great opportunity to prove himself for Ali.

WWE Night Of Champions 2023 Results Part 2, IC Title Match, Huge Surprises In Women’s Title Matches
The match was booked for nine minutes and it was mostly dominated by Gunther, as expected. Mustafa Ali got a short momentum as he hit a perfect 450 Splash on Gunther but it was definitely not enough to take The Ring General down. After he missed the second 450 Splash, Gunther quickly ended the match with a Drop Kick and a Powerbomb.
Match 4 – WWE RAW Women’s Championship – Asuka defeated Bianca Belair to become new champion
It had to be one of the most shocking outcomes of Night of Champions 2023. It was a rematch from WrestleMania 39. Bianca defended her RAW Women’s Championship against Asuka that night as well and she successfully defended her Championship to complete her one year successful reign.

Bianca Belair Finally Drops Her Title On Night Of Champions
This might have been a rematch but it is different from the previous one as this one has a storyline and the previous one did not. Asuka is a heel in this match. The expectations from this match was pretty high but nobody expected this outcome. We still believe Bianca should not have ended her epic reign to Asuka. Why? We would discuss it in a different story.
Bianca’s hair looked pretty much messed up from the very beginning. It was not the best match of the night, in fact, it was a little boring and slow match. At the dying moments of the match, Asuka missed the Myst again as Bianca ducked it. At the end, Asuka took some myst in her fingers from her mouth and poked it in Bianca’s eyes when she was attempting a KOD. Asuka pinned Bianca with two back to back kicks to the head to pin Bianca to shock the entire world.

Match 5 – WWE Smackdown Women’s Championship – Rhea Ripley defeated Natalya to retain
This might have been the biggest misfit of the event. With all of those wrestlers available on the roster, Natalya was the best option that WWE could come up with. The match was not even booked for 1 minute. What was the point of booking this match?
When You see that this match was not even books for one minute you can clearly understand that this match was a complete squash. You could definitely book such a match, but why did it feature on such a PLE event? That was the best they could come up with?
We expected at least someone would come out to confront Rhea Ripley as the next opponent for the Aussie professional wrestler. But no such thing happened. Much like the previous match, it was also pretty shocking. Not because of who won it but of the way it was booked.
