While no exact details about her injury were revealed, it’s certain that the injury is the reason that’s keeping her away from the action, according to the reports of Wrestling Observer Newsletter,

Given WWE’s medical protocols, it’s safe to say no hurried return plan will be sketched for the superstar with tons of promises. A head injury can be very dangerous that often comes with a number of concussions. Unless and until WWE doctors aren’t sure, the buff Barbie Doll of NXT won’t be seen, easily.
That being said, Tiffany Stratton has no timeline for her return given that she’s nursing such a serious injury. It’s not clear whether she will continue to be on the third brand of the WWE or an imminent call-up could be in store for her to Friday Night SmackDown or Monday Night Raw.
