This week’s RAW started as the WWE champion Bobby Lashley along with MVP came out in the arena. MVP reminded the fans that a couple of weeks ago Goldberg came out to challenge Bobby Lashley. He praised Goldberg for being really strong but he said he had no chance against the almighty Bobby Lashley.

Goldberg came out to the arena. He received mixed reactions. At first, he got booed then fans cheered his name. He said that Lashley should be scared of him at Summerslam he’s next.

Match 1 – Drew McIntyre defeated Veer and Shanky in a 2 on 1 handicap match by DQ

The match was not bad. Drew was presented as a dominant force in this match which he rightfully needed. But the match should have went on for little longer. Jinder Mahal interefered and attacked Drew with a steel chair. Drew came back with his sword and the three men escaped.

Match 2 – Rhea Ripley defeated Nia Jax

The match was booked for only four minutes but it was good. Nia had her left eye busted open during the match. Rhea pinned Nia with a roll up. It seemed another women’s team would be coming to end.

Match 3 – Mace and T Bar defeated Mansoor and Mustafa Ali

The match was okay. The match was short and fun to watch. Mansoor and Mustafa lost because of miscommunication between the two. The pin was taken on Mansoor.

Charlotte Flair came out to the ring. She criticised the concept of Money in the Bank. She said it was the most cowardly way of winning a title. She reminded that she had been cashed in on three times in history because everybody wanted to make a name for herself by cashing in on her. Nikki attacked Charlotte with a steel chair and Charlotte left.

Match 4 – Tamina defeated Doudrop

One thing we must say, Eva Marie is improving on mic really good. She sounds annoying and that is what she supposed to sound. So it is good. About the match, it was okay. This was the first main roster pin fall loss of Doudrop. Tamina pinned Doudrop with a Samoan Drop. After the match, Alexa Bliss appeared on the big screen, laughing. She said the winniner of the match was Eva Marie and kept laughing.

Match 5 – Damian Priest defeated John Morrison

It was a very good match and it was one of the better matches of the night. The match was booked to build Priest as a strong force. Priest pinned Morrison with a sit out head first. After the match, Sheamus attacked Priest and Ricochet came out to help.

Match 6 – Ricochet and Damian Priest defeated Sheamus and John Morrison

It was another fun match but a one on one match between Sheamus and Ricochet would have looked more cool. Once again Priest pinned Morrison, this time with a swinging face first.

Match 7 – Omos defeated Riddle

It was a total domination victory for Omos. But it was not a squash, the booking was good for the match. Omos pinned Riddle with a two handed chokeslam.

Alexa Bliss was seen on the playground who attacked and beat down by Doudrop.

Match 8 – Keith Lee defeated Karrion Kross

The main roster run of Karrion Kross had been terribly booked so far. It had been an absolutely awful look for the NXT title. Keith Lee pinned Karrion Kross with sit out powerbomb

Match 9 – WWE 24/7 Champion Reggie defeated Akira Tozawa

It was certainly not the best match of my life was very fun to watch because of the highflying abilities of Reggie.

Match 10 – Nikki A.S.H defeated Charlotte Flair in a no holds barred match

Indeed it was the best match of the night and it was a worthy main event. The match was pretty physical, there were weapons all over the place. The match was very enntertaining. Nikki ASG celebrated as this week’s RAW went off air.

Overall, the night was good but there were too many matches and some of them were quite unnecessary. Ten matches in a free show is a bit too much. But on the other hand there were excellent matches like Nikki ASH vs. Charlotte Flair. We give it 3 stars out 5
