Backstage on RAW, Finn Balor was seen accusing Damian Priest of his defeat at Money in the Bank. Rhea Ripley kept on trying to make peace between the two. Damian said that it was never his intention to cost him his World Heavyweight title opportunity. He wanted him to win and he would have never cashed his contract on him. Both of them looked cool for now.
Next up they showed the highlights of the Bloodline segment from last week’s Smackdown for five long minutes. They just cannot stop wasting time by showing the Bloodline storyline again and again. The only way they could make a three hours show is by wasting time by showing useless things.
WWE RAW 10.07.23 Results Part 2, Tag Team Champions Save Seth Rollins From Judgement Day, Ricochet – Logan Paul Face Off, Becky Lynch In Action
Backstage the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn were being interviewed. They were asked what was next for them in the queue. Sami said that anybody who wanted to step up to them, they are ready to accept their challenge. Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio showed up. Rhea said that any person of them would take the titles away from Owens and Zayn.
Seth Rollins and Dominik Mysterio were scheduled to have a match next but it could never take place since Damian Priest and Finn Balor attacked Rollins. As all three of them were teaming up on him, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn came out to help him. A 6 man tag team match is definitely on the card tonight.
Becky Lynch Faces Defeat By The Hands Of Zoey Stark
Ricochet came out to the ring for the next segment of the night. This segment was already advertised last week. Ricochet addressed Logan Paul and the incident took place between the two at Money in the Bank. He also expressed his hatred much like the fans in the arena for the YouTube Megastar.
Logan Paul came out but he did not enter the ring. He said that Ricochet and the rest of the wrestlers were more concerned about not letting him win rather than themselves at Money in the Bank. The segment was a little boring, to be honest. At the end of it, Paul attempted to attack Ricochet but Ricochet dodged it he got the better of Paul. No match is official between the two yet.
Match 2 – Zoey Stark defeated Becky Lynch
This was a big upset and such an outcome was not being predicted by almost anyone. The match was booked for around 7 minutes and it was mostly being dominated by Becky Lynch. Trish Stratus kept on causing distraction for Becky. At the end, Becky attempted to take out Trish and Zoey quickly rolled her up for the pin.
