Backstage on RAW Paul Heyman announced that a human Reigns will be here on Monday Night RAW next week. What a huge news! Roman is finally coming back after more than a month! Was it really required? Cody Rhodes was doing really good to promote WrestleMania 39 main event. Roman could take some more rest.
Rey Mysterio came out to the arena. He thanked the fans for his Hall of Fame induction. Dominik Mysterio showed up and started cursing his father once again. He reminded him all the things that still held up on his memory, how Rey always failed to be a good father.
WWE RAW 13.03.2023 Results & Ratings Part 2
One of the memories was really funny. When Dominik was expecting a Mercedes from his father, Rey give him a BMW which is not even an M series. At the end of the segment, Dominik ended up challenging his father in a match at WrestleMania 39. Once again Rey said that he is not going to wrestle his own son. Finally we got some continuation of this storyline.
Match 4 – Seth Rollins defeated Baron Corbin
This match was booked for three minutes and it was an easy win for Seth Rollins and of course it was a routine defeat for Baron Corbin. We seriously do not understand why they are doing this to Corbin, he definitely deserves better treatment. Rollins pinned Corbin with The Stomp.
Match 5 – Bianca Belair defeated Chelsea Green
Another super predictable match which was booked for only 5 minutes and it was completely dominated by the RAW Women’s champion of WWE. Carmella was on Chelsea’s corner during the match who could not help her friend much. Bianca pinned Chelsea with the KOD. After the match Carmella and Chelsea attacked Bianca but Asuka came out and saved her.
Match 6 – Solo Sikoa defeated Kevin Owens in a Street Fight
The main event of the night was booked for eight and half minutes and once again Solo Sikoa picked up the victory. We seriously do not understand why Solo Sikoa is getting all these wins and killing the momentums of the fan favorites? He might have been a big project for future but that does not mean that he has to kill the momentums of some of the biggest fan favourites?
The latter part of the match was being dominated by Kevin Owens, but once again, The Usos attacked Owens and somehow it became a three on one match. Solo Sikoa pinned Owens with The Samoan Spike. The Bloodline celebrated over Kevin Owens as this week’s RAW went off air.
Overall it was just another average week of Monday night RAW with some big questionable decisions. We seriously do not understand WWE’s obsession with Solo Sikoa? Why is he killing the momentums of all the biggest fan favourites? A number of weeks ago he pinned Sami Zayn, tonight he pinned Kevin Owens. No matter how he won, he won, that’s it. To make him look strong, WWE did not need to kill the momentums of their Biggest fan favourites. These are different definitely questionable booking decisions.
About the rest of the show, there were some good matches definitely, but all of them were predictable. Once again, there was no promotion for the main event of WrestleMania 39. They are biggest wrestler does not even care about their main event. For over one month he is sleeping in his home. We must say it again, WWE should be ashamed of themselves.
Most of the matches that is heading towards WrestleMania 39 are having weak bookings. There is no hype for the RAW Women’s Championship, nobody is excited about Brock Lesnar vs Omos, and now they have a situation of Bray Wyatt. The only match that has received an excellent booking that is heading towards WrestleMania 39 is the Tag Team Championship. We give this week’s RAW 1.5 out of 5.
