This week’s RAW started as Kevin Owens came out to the arena. He said that he was finally going to WrestleMania and he was going to have the biggest guest in his life in the KO show, and that is Stone Cold Steve Austin. He also revealed that this is going to be the main event of night one. After cutting a short promo, he hit Stunner on the cameraman standing inside the ring.
Match 1 – Damian Priest defeated Finn Balor in a non title match

WWE might have been the only professional wrestling promotion in the world right now that buries their own champions. As soon as anyone get to see this match is a non title match, they can say the champion is losing. And that is exactly what happened, Priest pinned Balor with the Reckoning.
Match 2 – Omos defeated Commander Azeez
It was not a squash but it was only a one minute long match. Azeez got some offences but that was not enough to take Omos of off the ground. At the end, Omos pinned Azeez with the Two Handed Chokeslam.
Match 3 – Liv Morgan defeated Queen Zelina
Like what I said, if you are a champion in WWE, you are bound to lose all the non title matches. This match was booked for 3 minutes and at the end, Carmella created a distraction for Zelina and Liv pinned her with the Oblivion Face First.
Seth Rollins was seen backstage, sad because of not getting a WrestleMania spot yet. Then he seemed to get an idea. He entered the ring and made a proposal after he brought Kevin Owens inside the ring. He wanted to replace Owens and have the Talk Show host Stone Cold Steve Austin. Sonya Deville made a match between the duo in which if Seth wins he would be replacing Owens at WrestleMania. Owens looked really unhappy with the decision.
Match 4 – The Mysterios defeated The Hurt Business
This match was booked for around three and half minutes and it was just another average match. Dominik Mysterio pinned Cedric Alexander with the Frog Splash. After the match, Miz and Logan Paul attacked Mysterios but they fought back.
Edge came out to the arena. He cut an excellent heel promo, something that he had always been famous for. He explained his change and he was happy with this change. One more thing, he made he made a new entrance with a new theme song. We hope they do not change his actual theme music.
Match 5 – Bianca Belair defeated Doudrop
Back to back predictable rematches can only make things boring for the fans. And that was exactly what happening. It was a four minutes long match where Bianca pinned Doudrop with the KOD. After the match, Becky Lynch attacked Bianca and beat her down.
RK-Bro was having a celebration for going to WrestleMania and winning the RAW Tag Team Championship for the second time. The Street Profits interfered and challenged the duo at Wrestlemania for the Tag Team titles. The champions did not want to grant them the opportunity but at the end they did.
Match 6 – Riddle vs. Montez Ford went to double disqualification
A good contest was going on between the duo but after 5 minutes of the match, the Alpha Academy attacked and Beat Down both Tag Teams. Baby we are going to see a triple threat RAW Tag Team Championship match at WrestleMania 38.
Match 7 – Kevin Owens defeated Seth Rollins
This match was booked for 12 minutes and it was definitely the best match of the night. This match was the sole Saviour of this week’s RAW. But indeed it was a predictable match. They are certainly not going to take the spotlights away from Kevin Owens which was quite obvious. Owens pinned Rollins with the Stunner. Owens celebrated as this week’s RAW went off air.
Overall it was really a weak show. Apart from the main event, there was nothing much to see. All the segments were boring and the matches were terribly predictable. Rematches after rematches, everything looked quite messed up. We just cannot call it a show before Wrestlemania. We give it 1 star out of 5.
