WWE RAW 20.09.2021 Results & Ratings
Match 1 – The Bloodline defeated The New Day
The match was really good and it was really a very good way to kick things off for the night. But there is one confusion, since when six man Tag Team matches started to be by default no disqualification matches? Bobby Lashley interfere during the match and beat down almost everyone. Eat distracted Xavier Woods who was speared and pinned by Roman Reigns.
After the match Bobby Lashley attacked everyone again. He even beat down Roman Reigns, and then he speared Big E through the barricade. He then went on to meet Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville to remind them that the almighty era is not finished yet.
Match 2 – Doudrop defeated Eva Marie
It was another easy victory for Doudrop. And this match completely buried Eva Marie. Since the start of the match is she kept on running away from Doudrop, and when finally Doudrop got her hands on Eva she completely destroyed her. She pinnedher with a Running Body Splash.
Match 3 – Randy Orton defeated AJ Styles
It is quite clear that WWE will not push AJ Styles anymore. He will remain a lower mid card or a mod card at maximum. This match was quite good but we are not sure if anybody expected AJ to win.
Match 4 – Shayna Baszler defeated Nia Jax

The match was short but quite disturbing. It was disturbing because of Nia’s good acting. Firstly, it was an easy win for Shayna, she quickly won the match by submission. After the match, she attacked Nia and injured her hand. Nia was screaming and crying in pain which was quite disturbing to be honest.
Match 5 – Angel Garza and Humberto Carrillo defeated Mustafa Ali and Mansoor
This was an easy victory for Angel Garza and Humberto Carrillo. The team was a little bit built up WWE main event show. Now it’s finally made its debut on the main roster. Maybe WWE are planning a little push for the duo.
Match 6 – Rhea Ripley and Nikki ASH defeated Natalya and Tamina to become new WWE Women’s Champion
Finally this terrible title reign of Natalya and Tamina came to an end. Their tag team title reign had to be the worst in WWE history. However the victory could have been booked a little better. Nikki pinned Natalya with a Rollup.
Alexa Bliss welcomed Charlotte Flair in her Playground which was set inside the ring this time. The promo was quite important because Alexa teased a possible return of her old self, the Harley Quinn gimmick that made her famous. She cut her promo in her previous style.
Match 7 – Jeff Hardy defeated Sheamus

Good to see Jeff is coming out of his terrible jobber status. It was booked as if Jeff could win the United States title match would be a triple threat which would include Jeff. Jeff pinned Sheamus with a roll up and on Sunday, Damian Priest would defend his title against both Sheamus and Jeff Hardy.
Match 8 – Roman defeated Bobby Lashley and Big E in a triple threat
It was a very good match, really enjoyable. All three athletes were excellent. But as everybody expected, Roman Reigns came out victorious, he cannot lose, he is the new god of WWE. Roman pinned Lashley with a spear. Roman Reigns celebrated with the title as this week’s RAW went off air.
Overall, it was a very good show. The first and the last match were really good, they were ppv standard matches. But it is quite clear that WWE is feeling threatened by AEW, else they would never give such big matches on free TV. We give this week’s show 3.5 out of 5.
