This week’s RAW started as footage from last week SmackDown was shown where Sami Zayn confronted Jimmy Uso and he tried to get him on his side. They also should how things went violent at the end and finally Sami hit Jimmy. Jey was seen on the crowd who did get involved into this fight.
Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa came out to the arena. Jimmy Uso talk about the issues the Bloodline was having lately. He said that every family had issues but it did not mean that the Bloodline was having any cracks. And he guaranteed that everything would be fine in no time.
WWE RAW 27.02.2023 Results & Ratings Part 1
Match 1 – Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa defeated The Street Profits
This match was booked for 8 minutes only and it was a pretty good match. The match was mostly booked to show the chemistry between the brothers. Solo Sikoa got the pinfall win over Angelo Dawkins with the Samoan Spike. Montez Ford was protected again so we are not denying a potential singles run for him.
After the match, Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso attempted to beat down the Street Profits even more. Kevin Owens came out and beat down both of them. Solo quickly recovered and attempted to attack Kevin Owens but Owens quickly left as he managed to save the Street Profits.
Next up was the VIP Lounge with MVP being the host and Brock Lesnar being the special guest. Last week Brock Lesnar was challenged by Omos in a match at WrestleMania 39. In this segment Brock Lesnar accepted the challenge and he looked to be in a playful mood with MVP tonight. At the end they started having a drink together, MVP did not like the taste of the drink and he accidentally spit it on the face of Brock Lesnar. Brock Lesnar in return nailed him with the F5. It was a fun segment overall.
Match 2 – Cody Rhodes defeated Chad Gable
This match was booked for seven minutes and it was an excellent match. Both wrestlers were really on top of their games. Chad Gable was great on his performance just like always. Cody at the end, pinned Gable with the Cross Rhodes. He also delivered an amazing Cody Cutter which can go down to the history books. After the match, Cody informed everyone that he would be on Friday Night SmackDown this week.
Match 3 – Asuka defeated Carmella
This match was booked for five and a half minutes and it was a routine win for Asuka. She made Carmella submit with the Asuka Lock. Carmella had her chances but it was not enough. After the match, WWE RAW Women’s Champion Bianca Belair came out to confront Asuka, Carmella pushed Asuka through Bianca and escaped.
Match 4 – Candice LeRae defeated Piper Niven
This match was booked for nearly two minutes and it was a rumour killer as well. It was being said that Piper Niven was going to have an undefeated streak which was not right. Nikki Cross was outside of the ring who unintentionally assisted LeRae with a shocking pin who pinned Niven with a Roll Up.
