This was the opening segment of the night. John Cena entered the ring first, a steel cage was all over the ring. It was just a publicity for the steel cage match between Cena and Bray on this Sunday. Cena entered inside the steel cage with a microphone on his hand.
Cena looked really upset, JBL also said that from the commentary box. He took the microphone close to his mouth and asked why. He waited for a while to hear the crowd reaction and asked the same question again. Cena asked the fans why did they put him in a match against all the three members of the Wyatt family last week. Fans chanted ‘you suck’ in unison. He said that the WWE universe was given a chance to give Cena a fair fight, but they put him in a three on one match. Cena asked the fans why.
Cena said when the votes came in, the WWE universe overwhelming chose to give him no chance. Once someone a long time said ‘you either die a hero or live long enough to become a villain’. Cena said that he believed that because almost ten years ago he was drafted to Monday Night Raw on the same ring. And he heard the loudest ovation in his entire career, but time is now changed. Everything including the WWE universe has changed in this time. But in all these good and bad time of him, he never abandoned anyone and he put the WWE first.
So he asked why they put him in a three on one match last week against the Wyatt family. He said that he understood all the life cycles, but still it was not fair. He looked at all the great names in the young generation of current WWE superstars, he said that they had the same passion as he had for WWE and for the fans.
Bur Bray Wyatt was not like them he was a dangerous man, he showed things which anybody never saw before, and when he spoke, it was beautiful, cultivating and motivating. Bray Wyatt’s passion was not WWE, Bray Wyatt’s passion was Bray Wyatt. He said this Sunday he would let Wyatt out of the cage because if he does, he would continue to corrupt and manipulate people.
Bray Wyatt’s music hit and a bunch of children was seen standing in front of the entrance stage who sang ‘he’s got the whole world’. After the song, Wyatt’s music hit again and the arena went dark. The children came forward with wearing Wyatt’s signature mask, and Bray Wyatt was also seen sitting on the rocking chair. Bray Wyatt just laughed and Cena looked frustrated.
