Former three times WWE World Champion Bobby Lashley who is also a former two times WWE United States champion recently gave his opinion on if WWE has any competition right now. The 45 year old professional wrestler said that WWE does not have any serious competition right now.
WWE superstars are not ready to accept that there is a serious competition for the promotion in the current situation. And the competition is getting stronger and stronger. Recently the WWE Universal heavyweight champion Roman Reigns also did not agree to accept that WWE had any competition. Even though WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley made a video on this situation and said WWE does have a serious problem.

The AEW started in 2019 and from the very first day it showed a huge potential as they were able to sign some of the biggest legends of professional wrestling like Chris Jericho, Jon Moxley and Kenny Omega. Even though at first it was not looking like any competition to WWE.
But with time the professional wrestling promotion started to grow stronger and stronger. They were able to sign some of the biggest names in professional wrestling such as the likes of Bryan Danielson and CM Punk. There were other big names as well.
The AEW is a better promotion than WWE from almost every aspect. They are producing better matches, better storylines and even better shows. Whether the WWE stars accept it or not, AEW is a big competition and matter to worry about as well. And WWE is definitely worried about the situation, that is the biggest reason why they repackaged the NXT. We hope this competition makes WWE better in future.
Bobby Lashley who is also a former two times WWE United States champion recently spoke to DAZN where he said that WWE does not have any serious competition right now. He said;
“I think it’s great right now. I think there’s a lot of competition. I think we’re doing some big things, and we’re moving into a big season for us, with some big news coming around. I think that it’s a good time to be a wrestling fan, and it’s a good time for a wrestler with a good time to step up for everyone.
“Everybody always says competition is good. I don’t think really we have any serious competition. But the fans like it, the fans like the fact that there are other things going on that forces us to step up.
“Yeah, it actually does. I think myself and a lot of the other guys wish some of the other competition does step up because we’re ready. If you look at our roster, our roster is deep. We have something different. We have something special. There’s a couple of things with it.
“There’s one to have great wrestlers, and there’s another thing to have superstars. We’re chalk-loaded with both. We have guys that are just pure superstars, and you can take outside of our wrestling world will do other things, and they’re going to be superstars. And we have some guys that are in the dressing room that are just great wrestlers. We have a little bit of everything. I think everyone here is like, if we need to step up, we have all the talent to be able to do it.”
