WWE Raw aired last night with the fallouts of 2020 Royal Rumble which was an epic night. The presence of the WWE Champion and Hall of Famer Edge was expected on the night. Liv Morgan vs. Lana was scheduled to happen whereas we also expected buildups for Super ShowDown to begin on the show that took place at the AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas.

AJ Styles Injured By Edge At WWE Royal Rumble 2020 Match
Drew McIntyre opened WWE Raw to announce that he’s challenging Brock Lesnar for a WrestleMania title match via his Royal Rumble victory. He also issued an open challenge that was accepted by Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows. McIntyre hit a Futureshock DDT on Anderson and the Claymore Kick on Gallows to put away both of them. Brock Lesnar appeared after the match to hit him with an F5 and lay him out.

MVP returned to action on WWE Raw in a match against Rey Mysterio. The opening contest of the night witnessed Rey delivering a seated senton to pick up momentums. MVP countered with a crossbody followed by his pendant Ballin’ Elbow Drop. Rey soon positioned and hit the 619 followed the flying splash for the big victory.

WWE Raw Tag Team Titles Match was next with the lineup of Samoa Joe and Kevin Owens vs. Seth Rollins and Buddy Murphy. Before the match began, the two teams traded verbal shots to each other before the Viking Raiders attacked AOP to neutralize them from the scene. In the match, Owens saved Murphy from eating a Swanton. Murphy then gave a big knee on Owens and rolled him up to pick up the win.

WWE United States Title Match between Humberto Carrillo and Andrade was next on WWE Raw where Carrillo was all fired up from the beginning with furious strikes. Andrade shoved him into the ring post to get back some momentums. But Carrillo came back hitting a Moonsault from the top rope. Zelina Vega broke up the pinfall attempt to cause the match to get disqualified.

Charlotte Flair came out in WWE Raw to cut a promo on her Royal Rumble win. Women’s Tag Team Champion Asuka came out to claim she would have won the Women’s Rumble match if she was in it.

Charlotte took it as a challenge and set up an impromptu match against her. She locked in the Figure Eight submission move quickly after which Kairi Sane delivered an elbow drop to disqualify the match. Charlotte shoved off both the tag champs to clear the ring.

Mojo Rawley defeated No Way Jose to defend the 24/7 title. After the match, R-Truth rolled him up to win the title. But soon Mojo pinned him back to get back the title.

Liv Morgan vs. Lana was the next matchup on WWE Raw that witnessed Liv taking control in the early part of the match. Lana came back with a big kick followed by a Suplex. Liv hit an Enziguiri and a Springboard Flatliner to pick up the win.

Erick Rowan defeated an enhancement talent Branden Vice after hitting two Iron Claw Chokeslams.
WWE Hall of Famer Edge came out in the main event segment of WWE RAW to share his emotional journey to Royal Rumble 2020. The fans cheered him up until Randy Orton appeared to interrupt the promo.

He proposed to reform the Rated RKO but then dropped Edge with an RKO. He placed a chair under his head and performed a con-chair-to, laying down Edge on the mat to close the show.
