WWE Raw is the longest-running weekly episodic show in global television history that certainly touts its success. Starting in the 90s, it’s become one of the most successful long-running programs in TV history that one hardly even imagined. But led by Vince McMahon, it’s perhaps the biggest achievement that the program could have expected.
Now under a changed management, WWE Raw is looking forward to celebrating its big 30th anniversary in style. WWE is pretty much known for throwing a big celebration and things won’t be changed now that Triple H has taken over the charges in the company, replacing Vinnie Mac.

According to WrestleVotes, when Vince McMahon was still running things in WWE, plans were in motion to celebrate the 30th anniversary of WWE Raw in January 2023. Back then, there were talks to have the show to be hosted from the Manhattan Center. But that was not a lock prior to McMahon stepping down from his CEO position,
“I’m told plans are in motion for the 30th Anniversary of RAW show coming up in January. Prior to the new leadership taking over, having the show from The Manhattan Center again in NYC was on the table. I’m unaware if that’s still the case.”

WWE Raw 30 will take place just five days ahead of the 2023 Royal Rumble set from the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. Per the official update from the company’s official website, the special edition of Monday Night Raw will take place at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The official logo for the show has also been revealed on social media with the three X numerals and the pro-wrestling fans couldn’t help but react to it. Many believe that WWE using the “XXX” sign doesn’t really fit for a wrestling show, especially with WWE going through the PG Era.
Five years ago, WWE Raw celebrated the 25th anniversary of the show in January 2018. The event was held at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn and the Manhattan Center, simultaneously. The show featured appearances from various Hall of Famers and legends from the past but ultimately the stale booking was criticized during that night.
