This week’s WWE Raw aired with a huge main event match on the card where the most prestigious title in sports entertainment was on the line. Also, the former WWE Champion was set to make his return after a hiatus of one week to make a major statement after dropping the title at Elimination Chamber. Check out the results from the show that took place at the Tropicana Field in Tampa Bay, Florida.

Drew McIntyre opened WWE Raw cutting a promo on his next goal and that’s to regain the WWE Championship in order to feature in the main event of WrestleMania 37. The Miz appeared trying McIntyre to bring on his side as he is scheduled to defend the title against Lashley. Finally, Sheamus came out as McIntyre went outside the ring to start a brawl.

These two then competed in the opening contest of WWE RAW where Sheamus dodged a Futureshock DDT attempt. He caught his opponent with an Alabama slam and waited for him to get him. Sheamus wanted for the Brogue Kick but McIntyre charged with the Claymore Kick, mid-air to pick up the pinfall win.

Nia Jax literally toyed with her opponent Naomi in the next match. She punished Naomi with a bear hug submission before hitting the Samoan Drop. Jax then finished off the match with a huge Powerbomb.

WWE RAW Tag Team Titles Match was on the line where Braun Strowman received Adam Pearce as his partners against Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin. Shane McMahon was the one to appoint Pearce as Strowman’s partner. Strowman hit the Running Powerslam but Shane ordered to tag in Pearce who entered the ring only to be rolled up by Shelton to digest the loss.

Damian Priest competed in a match against Elias with Jaxson Ryker standing at the latter’s corner. Ryker took a cheap shot allowing Elias to capitalize. But Priest hit back with Bell Clap followed by the Hit the Lights to receive the big win.

A backstage segment aired where Randy Orton’s interview was interrupted by Alexa Bliss through a video package. Bliss promised that Orton will soon meet with him. Like last week, Orton seemed to cough as he left the scene.

Bobby Lashley vs The Miz for the WWE Title started but the champion decided to run away from the ring and retain via count-out. Lashley was fuming but Shane McMahon promised him that a title match will go down, later the night.

Charlotte Flair cut a promo to inform that WWE Raw Women’s Champion Asuka wasn’t present on the show due to an injury. When she comes back, Flair will be the first to challenge her for that title. Shayna Baszler came out to compete in a scheduled match with Flair who escaped the Kirifuda Clutch attempt and hit the Natural Selection for the win.

Riddle and Lucha House Party vs. RETRIBUTION was the next match on WWE RAW. Lince superkicked Slapjack before hitting a splash on him for the win. After the match, RETRIBUTION leader Ali challenged Riddle for a singles contest. Mace and T-Bar distracted Riddle as Ali connected with a big double knees Facebuster for the win.

WWE Raw main event witnessed the WWE Title on the line as Bobby Lashley challenged The Miz. Shane McMahon made sure that The Miz doesn’t escape the ring by bringing in Lumberjacks all around the ring. Lashley hit a big Spinebuster on Miz before applying the Hurt Lock on him for the submission win. Lashley celebrated with the title to send the show off-air.
