Royal Rumble 2023 is still months away on the WWE calendar but as always, WWE has started planning around the show, a long time ahead of the show. Being of the Big-Four Premium Live Events in order to entertain fans, possibilities are endless with the show. Besides this is also that particular event that kicks things off for Wrestlemania.
That being said, one of the most anticipated events in WWE’s calendar for next year, Royal Rumble 2023 has officially been announced and the fans in Texas have a lot to get cheered on after hosting WrestleMania 38, earlier this year in April.
WWE has announced that Royal Rumble 2023 will take place at San Antonio’s Alamodome on Saturday, January 28th, 2023. Just after the confirmations came, WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H was spotted in Alamodome, the site of the Royal Rumble premium live event.
The Game posted several snaps from his visit to Alamodome to reveal that Bad Bunny was by his side. Check out the post below,

Bad Bunny may appear at Royal Rumble 2023
Bad Bunny received tons of praise for his work ethic and performance at WrestleMania 37. San Benito teamed up with Damian Priest against The Miz and John Morrison on the grandest stage of them all. Besides, he also worked in the 2022 Royal Rumble event as well. It now appears that Bad Bunny could be in action at Royal Rumble 2023.
Triple H has previously confirmed that he would approach Bad Bunny with an offer to make a WWE return. We don’t know whether the two have discussed this during their latest contest. During the post Clash at the Castle media scrum, The Game also praised the multi-time Grammy Award winner for the tremendous effort he put into training sessions, heading into the ‘Mania match.
San Antonio Mayor Ron Nirenberg is more than thrilled to get Royal Rumble 2023 in his city as the attendee WWE fans usually bring a lot of revenue to host cities. Here’s what he commented,
“We are thrilled to bring back one of WWE’s most exciting events of the year to San Antonio. Royal Rumble will bring tens of thousands of WWE fans from around the world to the Alamodome, bringing both an incredible economic boost to our beautiful city and community outreach events that will give back in a multitude of ways.”
