The details around Royal Rumble 2023 have been under speculations for the past several weeks given this event will kick things off for Wrestlemania Hollywood. WWE Day 1 will be the first premium live event for 2023 on the WWE Network/Peacock on January 1 from the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. That year, Randy Orton won the main event Rumble match while no women’s counterpart was scheduled, this year.

Royal Rumble 2023 will be a WWE Network/Peacock Specials
Royal Rumble 2023 will stream live at 8 PM ET exclusively on Peacock in the United States and WWE Network everywhere else. The event will be headlined by 30-men and 30-women Royal Rumble matches. Winners of these two matches will receive a title match opportunity at WrestleMania in Los Angeles, California in April.
San Antonio Mayor Ron Nirenberg was thrilled to get Royal Rumble 2023. With a lot of WWE fans visiting the city for the weekend, he can expect a lot of revenue to the city, after all. He released the following statement:

Royal Rumble 2023 is still a long way to go but speculations around the show PLE are underway. Many believe that Cody Rhodes will make his return during the event. Also, The Rock is another rumored name who could likely be involved at Wrestlemania 39.
