Royal Rumble has been a pretty bad pay per view for a last number of years, however, it has been one of the most interesting and exciting pay per view of the year among the fans. They always expected a lot from this event, but unfortunately, they got disappointed over last few years. But this year, the picture can be different. Unlike every Royal Rumble, this year’s Royal Rumble has a small card, but the matches that have been listed look pretty good and make it worthy of watching it. The buildup of every storyline seems cool and quite interesting. Let us make a prediction for all the matches that have been listed;

Pre Show – WWE Tag team championship – Cody Rhodes and Goldust vs. The New Age Outlaws – I don’t know if it is a wise decision to add this match as pre show, because this match looks pretty interesting. However, prediction the bottom line of this match would not be very difficult because it does not seem that The New Age Outlaws are going to get any tag team title right now, at least on this stage.

Bray Wyatt  vs. Daniel Bryan – This is going to be a very anticipated match. We have not seen enough of Bray Wyatt till now. Whatever he has done till now are cutting promos (which are actually great), resting on rocking chair and making some rare in ring actions. His wrestling skills have not been tested up to the ultimate level till now. Against Daniel Bryan he has a lot to prove, he has to prove if he seriously deserves the push he is having. And this match would be prefect for Bray Wyatt to prove himself. As for the prediction for the result of this match, we think Bray Wyatt is going to win.

Big Show vs. Brock Lesnar – This match actually is a rematch from another Royal Rumble. These two athletes faced each other eleven years ago, in Royal Rumble 2003. But the situation was different then. Lesnar was babyface and Big Show was heel in those days. That storyline was also better than this one. We believe the same result as Royal Rumble 2003 will occur in Royal Rumble 2014 too. That’s right, we think Lesnar is going to beat Big Show this Sunday.

WWE World Heavyweight championship Randy Orton vs. John Cena – All the setup of this match looks really cool. Undoubtedly, this match will be superb, just like all the previous Cena vs. Orton matches. There is nothing much to talk about this match so we are straight towards its result prediction; we think Randy Orton is going to retain.

30 Man Royal Rumble match – Rumors suggest Dave Batista is going to win this year’s Royal Rumble match, we do not want that to happen, but unfortunately, we think rumors are true; Batista IS going to win this year’s Rumble. Because you see, there are not enough names in this rumble who could be a threat. As Bryan would be Bray Wyatt, he would not be in the Rumble match, neither Bray Wyatt. CM Punk is a contender, but his storyline with the authority is heading towards Triple H vs. CM Punk at WrestleMania XXX. So it all leaves to one simple name, and that is Batista.
