Smackdown

The status of Shane McMahon was in serious doubts for the past few weeks. It was after the Fastlane PPV episode of Smackdown Live when he was seen, last. On that night, he announced a match between Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn only to be ambushed by these two in an unthinkable manner.

He was power-bombed onto a steel structure which was really disturbed to see. This caused to pick up an infection that required surgery to get healed up, according to WWE.com.

In the meantime, Daniel Bryan was cleared to compete in matches, again. So, he too was ambushed by these two heels on Smackdown Live.

Depending on these consequences, it was announced, last week that Daniel Bryan and Shane McMahon will team up in a match against Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn.

These two were previously suspended for their actions to the authority figures. But, last week, they were reinstated on the Smackdown roster.

The only confusion was with Shane McMahon whether he is a 100 percent fit or not. To ensure that he is okay, he showed up the last night’s Smackdown alongside the general manager.

Daniel Bryan’s music hit the arena as the crowd gave a thunderous reaction. McMahon accompanied him and gave an update on his condition.

He admitted that he was in the hospital for the past couple of weeks as a surgery was performed to get out of the viral infection suffered.

However, he is now medically cleared to compete and so is Daniel Bryan which is why they would not be having any problem to team up at Wrestlemania.

Furthermore, an emotional situation broke out in the ring as Daniel Bryan apologized for being stubborn for the last few months. He used to back up the heels who tried to take his career away from him, two weeks ago.

Considering this, he felt sorry. A ‘hug it out’ chant broke out in the arena as they finished the bad blood inside the ring.

Later, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn showed up at the ringside. They literally wanted to hijack the show stating that Smackdown is still the Sami and Kevin show. It will always remain the way it used to be.

Daniel and Shane watched their tantrums from the back and sent a bunch of officials to take them away from the ring.

Daniel mentioned to the crowd that this is the final time these two will be seen on Smackdown Live, ever.
