It is good to see that WWE is trying to make money out of the LA Knight pop by having him appeared on Smackdown since all other wrestlers that would participate in the invitational next week featured on pre recorded promos, and Knight appeared in front of the crowd. We seriously hope that he goes on to win the United States Championship since it would be best for business.
Just a quick reminder that the WWE Universal Heavyweight champion Roman Reigns will appear next week to continue the Bloodline storyline properly. This week we are not considering it to be a proper continuation since we are at the same part of the story where we were next week.

Next week’s Bloodline storyline segment is being advertised as the Rules of Engagement. We can expect to see this Universal Heavyweight Championship match between Roman Reigns and Jey Uso getting official by next week. Roman Reigns not appearing tonight has already slowed down the pace of this storyline.

Iyo Sky Failed To Cash In Her Contract Again
The final segment of the night was excellently booked. We would not call it the best match of the night but the segment was excellent. The best match of the night has to be the United States Championship Invitational. The focus of this segment was never the match but building the storyline for the Women’s championship.
The match started pretty well. Nobody in particular was dominating it. At a point, Bianca hit a KOD on Asuka on top of the announce table which pretty much knocked the champion out. Meanwhile, Bayley and Iyo Sky were in the audience seat, trying to find the best opportunity to cash in the Money in the Bank contract.
As soon as Bianca hit the KOD on Asuka, Iyo and Bayley came into the ring side. Charlotte Flair also appeared and she took out Bayley first. She was trying to explain to Bianca that she was trying to help her. She attempted to hit a Spear on Iyo, but Iyo ducked it as she hit Bianca as the match went to a DQ finish. Quickly, Iyo and Bayley grounded Charlotte Flair.
They brought Asuka inside the ring and Iyo was about to cash in her contract. The briefcase was in Bayley’s hand, as she was handing it over to the referee, Asuka stood up and hit the Blue Myst on Bayley’s face. This distracted Iyo and Asuka managed to escape once again. Iyo checked in on Bayley inside the reign and Asuka escaped as this week’s SmackDown went off air.
