This week’s SmackDown started as the WWE Undisputed Universal Heavyweight champion Roman Reigns came out to the arena along with Paul Heyman and Solo Sikoa. He started the night with his usual style by addressing the fans and demanding them to acknowledge him.
Before he could say anything else, he was interrupted by the WWE Undisputed Tag Team Champions Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn. They had a very heated conversation. Roman Reigns claim the how he made Sami Zayn famous and Sami regretted why he did not beat down Roman Reigns earlier.

Before they could continue their segment, The Usos attacked Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens. They beat them down and after this beat down, when they attempted to shake hands with Roman Reigns, Roman did not accept it and expressed his anger on them for attacking the Tag Team Champions since it was not the plan.
Roman got really angry and he left the ring. Just before he was about to leave the ring he accidentally collided with Solo Sikoa. Roman apologized to Solo and left the arena. It was a clear indication towards a future feud between these two. The rest of the Bloodline members stood inside the ring as Roman left.
Asuka Attempted To Hit Bianca Belair With Blue Myst Again Tonight
Match 1 – Pretty Deadly defeated The Brawling Brutes
Pretty Deadly made they are main roster debut on the first match of tonight and it was a really impressive debut for the former two times NXT Tag Team Champions. The match was booked for 5 minutes and the heelish performance from Pretty Deadly was pretty deadly actually.
Match 2 – Asuka defeated Zelina Vega
In this match we get to see Asuka performing as a heel for the first time in a long time. The match was booked for only 3 minutes and it was totally dominated by Zelina Vega. But at the end of the match, Asuka got a sudden Asuka Lock locked in on Zelina which she failed to answer and submitted.
Even after Zelina decided to submit, Asuka did not break the lock. Bianca Belair came out to save Zelina Vega. Asuka quickly escape the ring but she did not leave and she waited outside of the ring. Bianca attempted to grab Asuka by her hair, Asuka attempted to hit the Blue Myst on Bianca’s face again, but this time the WWE Raw Women’s champion was lucky.
Next up is the first ever Grayson Waller Effect Talkshow with Grayson Waller being the host who welcomed AJ Styles as his guest. This was an odd segment. It was shorter than expected with Grayson Waller predicting Seth Rollins winning the new World Heavyweight Championship at Night of Champions. And that was it for this segment.
