The Usos came out and all of them entered the ring. The discussion went violent as they started fighting each other. Theory was not involved in the fight at first but he took the side of the Usos. Madcap Moss came out in the aid of the Street Profits. Might be a six man tag team match is loading for later tonight.
Match 1 – Ludwig Kaiser defeated Shinsuke Nakamura
This match was booked for nearly 7 minutes and having Nakamura lost is not a very good decision we must say. Even though it was not a clean win, Gunther played his part from the outside and Kaiser pinned Nakamura with a DDT.
Backstage Liv Morgan and Ronda Rousey had a face to face segment where both claimed to win at SummerSlam. Michael Cole and Pat McAfee were discussing about it as Pat was attacked by Happy Corbin. Pat chased Corbin after getting attacked. Corbin ran towards backstage and they started fighting. Officials had to come out to separate them.
Match 2 – The Viking Raiders defeated Jinder Mahal and Shanky by count out
This match was book for only one and a half minutes and it turned out to be an easy count out victory for the Raiders. Jinder got a new theme though. The New Day was outside of the ring who did not have enough part to play in this match.
Next up was a segment between Sheamus and Drew McIntyre. It was a long segment and at the end of it a one on one match between the duo got set for next week and it would be a number one contender’s match for the WWE Universal Championship. The winner will meet Roman Reigns at Clash of the Castle.

Match 3 – Raquel Rodriguez defeated Sonya Deville
Sonya Deville was given this match as a part of a punishment as she insulted Adam Pearce backstage. About the match it was an easy win for Rodriguez. It was booked for three and half minutes and Rodriguez won the match by pinfall. After the match, Ronda Rousey came out and beat down Sonya Deville.
Aliyah and Lacey Evans were scheduled to have a match this week and for the third time in a row, Lacey refused to have the match as she expressed her anger on the fans and at the end she hit Aliyah right into the face and left the ring.
Backstage Maxxine Dupri made her debut as the on screen sister of Max Dupri with Man.soor and Ma.ce in the background. She announced that the Maximum Male Models will introduce the SummerSlam beachwear collection next week.
Match 4 – The Street Profits and Madcap Moss defeated Theory and The Usos by DQ
This match was booked for around 10 minutes and it was a very weak selection for a main event. The overall match and the ending, it was bad. Theory attacked Moss with his Money in the Bank briefcase which had him and his team disqualified. It was a weak ending really.

After the match, Brock Lesnar came out to the arena and the fans went really wild. Lesnar entered the ring and attacked Theory and beat him down with two back to back F5s. Lesnar’s appearance at the end somehow saved the whole evening. Lesnar stood tall as this week’s SmackDown went off air.
Overall it was a very weak episode of Friday Night Smackdown. Stephanie McMahon’s appearance at the beginning and Brock Lesnar at the end are the only things to watch this week on SmackDown. Apart from that it was a terrible show. Matches were weak, segments were bad and repetitive. We give it 1 star out of 5. We would have given it 0 stars or 0.5 but since it would be memorable episode of the announcement of Vince McMahon’s retirement, we give it 1.
