Roman Reigns stays in Smackdown, even though it does not matter which brand Roman Reigns goes to, one thing is pretty much confirmed that Roman Reigns would not defend his titles regularly which he never did. He would not appear regularly either. Raw is a three hours show and a 3 hours show without a regular World Championship would be really lame and boring. We believe this was the reason why Roman Reigns was kept on SmackDown.

About the rest of the draft, SmackDown went for more factions and Tag teams, so they got more wrestlers in number but RAW got more main event stars. Honestly there were not enough main event stars available in WWE right now. Apart from Roman Reigns they are were only three, and two of them were sent to RAW. Clearly one of these wrestlers are getting the World Heavyweight championship.

There is one more main event are left and he is yet to be drafted, and that is none other than the Visionary Seth Rollins. If he goes to SmackDown, it would be pretty much clear that he would be the only contender for Roman Reigns. But if he also goes to RAW, it would be a difficult task for SmackDown to promote new main event stars, and maybe an indirect punishment as well for him, like go and play with your own toy, nobody cares about you.

The most shocking draft peak was Cody Rhodes to RAW, that clearly means that WWE does not want to continue the Roman Reigns vs Cody Rhodes feud anymore, something that nobody expected. Maybe he goes on to win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. But Drew McIntyre would have been a better option to win the Championship.

Speaking of Drew McIntyre, we are really happy that he is not going anywhere and staying in WWE. The best news is, he would be competing for the World Heavyweight championship and his main event status would live on. This was really an excellent decision made by WWE.

About the rest of the draft picks, some of the women had been drafted as well. Bianca Belair was sent to SmackDown which clearly means that Rhea Ripley would be heading to RAW. Once again the title would be swapped and these two individuals are getting free title win counts. Some NXT call ups were also added to tonight’s Draft and all of them were women.

We are really happy to see AJ Styles back and after a long time he is going to SmackDown again. But as long as he is on the same brand with Roman Reigns, we are pretty much sure that there is no chance of him winning the World championship. At least he can win the United States Championship which would surely going to SmackDown.

About the rest of the show, there was nothing much to talk about apart from the Tag Team Championship match, which was really amazing. But we seriously hope that this feud ends now. Honestly, it is getting boring day by day. There were three more matches book for the night and none of them were special enough to talk about. We give this week’s SmackDown 3 out of 5, and that is all because of the draft and the Tag Team Championship match.
