A stacked episode of SmackDown was in-store last night where two championships were on the line. AJ Styles and Bayley defended the Intercontinental and the Women’s Championships, respectively.
A grudge match was there between Lacey Evans and Naomi whereas two love birds returned on the scene when the show aired from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.

An episode of Firefly Funhouse opened SmackDown where Bray Wyatt stated that Braun Strowman still must be residing under the Swamp that we saw at Extreme Rules. But he wants Strowman and Universal Championship. Until he gets that, nobody is safe.
WWE Intercontinental Title Match was the opening contest of SmackDown between Gran Metalik and AJ Styles. AJ focused on the hurt leg of Metalik and punished him with the Half Crab submission move.
Metalik countered with an Enziguiri and dodged a Phenomenal Forearm. But AJ soon caught him into the Calf Crusher forcing to tap out. AJ retained his title and then delivered a Styles Clash to Lince Dorado before leaving.
