This week’s WWE Smackdown (the November 12 episode) is scheduled to take place at the Scope Arena in Norfolk, Virginia. None other than the Universal Champion Roman Reigns is booked to compete in the main event match of the night against the 2021 King of the Ring winner, Xavier Woods after their physical confrontation from last week.
While no other match/segment has been advertised, two interesting matches have been indicated to take place over on Twitter. An account named .cooch posted two matches for the upcoming WWE Smackdown episode with one of them being Smackdown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair battling Sasha Banks. No confirmation was made regarding whether that match will be a title match or not.

The other match promoted for WWE Smackdown is a Triple Threat featuring Shotzi, Toni Storm, and former one-half of Women’s Tag Team Champions, Natalya. These could possibly be a number-one contender’s match with Shotzi being the favorite to win due to the ongoing storyline on the show.

Shotzi coming after WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship?
WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte put out a challenge that was answered by Shotzi, two weeks ago. The two had a match with Charlotte picking up the victory with Sasha Banks being present at ringside. Afterward, Shotzi turned heel by attacking Sasha Banks as she blamed The Boss for the loss.
During an appearance on Talking Smack, Shotzi cut a furious heel promo and discussed why she had attacked Banks on WWE Smackdown,
“I am fed up. Plain and simple. I’m fed up. I am done being the happy, easy-going Shotzi. I have been screwed over on title opportunity over title opportunity. My tag partner left me. I came here just wanting to have fun and kick ass. Well, you know what? I haven’t had fun in a really long time. So there’s just one thing left to do. Sasha was my breaking point and now she’s my target. I am not letting anyone walk over me anymore. I am running over everyone in my way.”
Hinting that a Sasha Banks vs. Shotzi feud is coming up, Sasha Banks also posted a split picture of herself and Shotzi on Twitter, teasing a future matchup. The caption of the post, “time to get legit #Smackdown.” More on the story will unfold when the next blue brand episode goes on air, this Friday night.
