The New Day vs. AJ Styles and Omos for WrestleMania 37 for the WWE Raw Tag Team titles was predicted to be a booking just to hype Omos. In the whole process, AJ Styles had been totally misused. He was booked more like a coward heel who cannot fight strong opponents and just keeps looking for a cheeky way to get the victory.

But the guy is a former three-time world champion. He defeated the likes of John Cena totally clean. And now, he is losing back to back just to push his tag team partner?
These are types of booking that they make are seriously meaningless. But these things never changed, these have been going on for ages and we doubt this will ever change.
After a long time, we heard Big E introducing New Day, which was very fun to hear. The fireworks during AJ Styles’ entrance were pretty good. As it was expected, AJ Styles started the match as they kept Omos a new shocking package for as long as they could.
It took 7 minutes for Omos to get into the ring. Fans were really excited to see him in action for the first time. And what a huge build for the big guy! He completely manhandled Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston. Omos pinned Kofi Kingston with a two-handed chokeslam. Similar to Great Khali, the pin was the same as well. We got new Tag Team Champions.
It seems like Omos is heading towards singles run very soon. And that would be something meaningful. But it is also possible that they might book his push on the corpse of AJ Styles’ burial. That would be the worst thing possible.
Surely, there will be a monstrous clash between Omos and Braun Strowman soon. And that would be the best thing for fans to witness. We have not seen such a fight in a long time so we seriously hope to see it soon.
