WrestleMania 39 is scheduled to take place on April 1st and 2nd, 2023, at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, California. WWE is currently promoting the event from Hollywood’s bright lights where the who’s who of the professional wrestling legends will be gathered. Recently, a Launch Party was also thrown at the same venue to promote the upcoming show alongside the release of tickets.
Dave Meltzer previously reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that WWE sold over 10,000 combo tickets for both nights of Wrestlemania 39 in presales alone, with around 1,000 tickets for each night selling individually.

Wrestlemania 39: WWE Wants Hall Of Famer To Attend Biggest PLE In 2023
No matches announced for Wrestlemania 39, to date
As you can see, the SoFi Stadium has the capacity of hosting around 50,000 people and WWE almost sold out the numbers with more than six months remaining for Wrestlemania 39. This happened despite the company not announcing anything particular about the event. At present, the likes of Brock Lesnar, Roman Reigns, Bobby Lashley, Ronda Rousey, Becky Lynch, and Bianca Belair are being promoted to appear on the PLE.
Another report from PWInsider noted that WWE is “ecstatic” with early ticket sales for WrestleMania 39, especially for Night 2. This was also reflected on WWE programming as Michael Cole stated on the August 12 episode of SmackDown that WWE “had the highest first day of ticket sales in the history of WrestleMania.”
It’s early to predict what matches WWE will set up for Wrestlemania 39. But Ronda Rousey vs. Becky Lynch is one of the matches being rumored to take place while The Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns is also being speculated to compete against his cousin The Rock in a dream match.
