Renee Young used to be an integral part of the WWE programming, a few years ago but then she decided to quit the company. Apparently, things had become stale for her in the company and she wanted to get rid of the Vince McMahon-owned brand for good. This obviously shocked the WWE fans as she was one of the most popular figures in the locker room.
Moving on, Renee Young again shocked the world when she showed up in AEW a few weeks ago. It happened during the promotion debut episode in Canada where the hometown favorite journalist made her first TV presence in more than two years. Since her arrival, she has been busy interviewing some of the top stars in the promotion besides her own podcast hosting.
Renee Young Reveals The Biggest Difference Between WWE And AEW Locker Room
For years, we have been accustomed to seeing Renee Young with her blonde hair. That trademark look of hers has recently been altered. The former WWE personality has decided to switch up her look by dying her hair brown. Renee Young has been a regular part of current AEW programming
Renee Young is looking drastically different in this new hair and we are likely to see her on AEW TV in this new look starting this week onwards. While the new look has been a discussion point for her fanbase, a recent interaction with MJF is also being discussed as it was totally entertaining.
While speaking on the AEW Unrestricted podcast, Renee Young talked about that segment with MJF. She compared the talented MJF to Paul Heyman in terms of mic skills.
“I kind of wanted to witness what he does up close like that. I used to do a lot of promos with Paul Heyman and that’s something like that, like, kind of performance. I like being able to work with people like that because it gives me so much to do .… So it was fun getting to do some of that stuff with MJF.”
With both Renee Young and MJF under contract with the AEW for multiple years to follow, we’re likely to see them having more interactions in the future. Plus, Renee’s husband, Jon Moxley will defend his AEW World Title against MJF at AEW Full Gear 2022 PPV.
