Asuka has gone back to the top of the Women’s Division by becoming the new champion on Raw during the latest bygone episode of the show. The 2020 Women’s Money In The Bank winner and the current WWE RAW Women’s Champion Asuka recently joined WWE’s The Bump on Youtube channel. During the appearance on the show, she talked about different topics.
Asuka Knew Nothing About Becky Lynch’s Pregnancy & WWE Raw Title Win!
Asuka started by sharing how she felt after winning the Money In The Bank briefcase. She called herself to be a genius the way she made it to the roof of the WWE Headquarters and then to the top of the ladder to grab the briefcase.
Asuka had a unique preparation for the Women’s Money In The Bank ladder match. While most of them were busy fighting each other, she looked forward to finding a way towards the top.

“I was so determined,” Asuka stated. “I danced on the balcony, and made the others wonder what I was doing, and right at that moment, I made a dive. Then, I saw Shayna [Baszler] coming to get me, but right at that second, the elevator doors opened, and I made it inside. I’m a genius.”
Within just 24 hours from winning Money In The Bank briefcase, Asuka went on to become the new RAW Women’s Champion. Remembering this historical moment, Asuka said that sitting on top of the ladder was one of the best views she’s had in her career. It’s something that she’d remember forever.
“I climbed up the ladder, then King Corbin came too, so I gave him a nice kick,” Asuka jokingly stated. “The briefcase was so heavy, I had a hard time even holding it. But, I was so happy!
“The view I saw from the top of the ladder was fantastic. I am going to remember that view.”
It’s to be noted that Asuka became the Raw Women’s Champion in a dramatic way when Becky Lynch declared that she was going to become a mother. After hearing the exciting news, Asuka broke character on TV to congratulate Lynch on her path to motherhood by embracing her and chanting her name, before celebrating her newly won title.
While talking on The Bump, Asuka mentioned how she felt on that moment,
“A mother, a mother? I’m so happy,” Asuka showed her excitement. “I had so many matches with her, and I have a strong connection with her.”
“I think we both felt the same way. I think she likes to have matches with me. I think she was relieved that I got the Money in the Bank because she knew I could take good care of it.”
We should mention that Asuka has become a Grand Slam Champion on this past Monday with her title win who can also boast on winning Money In The Bank Ladder Match and a Royal Rumble match. Looking forward to the future, “The Empress of Tomorrow” wants to elevate the Women’s Division, as much as possible,
