- Most no.of centuries – In the ICC Champions Trophy history, Sourav Ganguly also has the record of most no. of centuries as a captain. Ganguly had scored 3 centuries in this tournament and all as an Indian captain.
Meanwhile, Sourav Ganguly is also the record holder of joint most no .of centuries in the ICC Champions Trophy. Apart from Ganguly, Herschelle Gibbs (South Africa) and Chris Gayle (West Indies) had also hit 3 centuries each in these tournaments.
