It was the fourth game (League Stage) of the 2019 ODI World Cup. After Afghanistan decided to bat first, their no.8 batsman Rashid Khan came to bat when they were battling on 160/6 in 34th over.

The right-handed lower-order batsman Rashid scored 27 runs off 11 balls (strike-rate 245.45), with the help of 2 fours and 3 sixes, before the Aussie leg-spinner Adam Zampa trapped him for the lbw.

After Afghanistan were bowled out for 207 runs (38.2 overs), Australia comfortably chased down that target in 34.5 overs (209/3), thanks to the Aussie openers skipper Aaron Finch (66) and David Warner (89*).
