Javagal Srinath
He was one of those rare Indian bowlers in the 90’s and the 2000’s who used to click 150 km/hr regularly, but due to the unavailability of official speed guns, many remained unofficial numbers. However, during the 1999 World Cup held in England, Srinath bowled the fastest ever delivery bowled by an Indian in ODI cricket when his speed touched 154.5 km/hr. He was also the 2nd fastest bowler in the tournament after Shoaib Akhtar.
