Agar has chosen two classic batsmen that is Virender Sehwag and Justin Langar to open the innings. The spinner has labelled Sehwag as an entertainer who likes to hit boundaries.

“He is my favourite cricketer of all-time. He looked to hit the ball from ball one and probably the most entertaining player to play the game,” Agar said.

To bat at No.3, he has picked up the successful captain and skilled batsman Ricky Ponting. Agar has given him the captaincy position.

“I’ll have Ricky Ponting at number three, and he will be the captain as well. He was always the captain of the great Australian team, so I got to watch as a kid, and he’s probably Australia’s greatest ever batsman,” Agar said.

The middle-order comprises of legendary cricketers Sachin Tendulkar, Brian Lara, and Sir Vivian Richards. Australian cricketer Adam Gilchrist is the wicketkeeper of the World XI.

Talking about the bowling department, Agar picked up two fast bowlers and two spinners. Pakistan cricketer Shoaib Akhtar and Brett Lee are the pacers while the spinning department has Shane Warne and Rangana Herath, the two great bowlers in the cricket history.
