Arshdeep Singh has been highly impressive since making his debut for Team India. The left-arm pacer earned his India call-up after impressive displays in the Indian Premier League. He made his debut during India’s tour of England and has not looked back since then. On his debut, he picked up 2 wickets while giving away just 18 runs against England. He also bowled a maiden over during the powerplay.
That performance helped him find a place in the India squad for the five-match series in West Indies as well as the Asia Cup. Arshdeep Singh’s stunning displays in the death overs has made him a big asset for Team India. With the likes of Jasprit Bumrah and Harshal Patel not a part of the squad for the Asia Cup due to injuries, Arshdeep is set to play a big role.
