Allan Border – 36136 balls

While Australia won their first Cricket World Cup trophy under Allan Border’s leadership in 1987, Border was also one of the special batsmen in international cricket history. During his retirement from international cricket, he was the most Test run-scorer as the left-handed batsman scored 11174 Test runs.
Border played for the Australia national cricket team from 1978 to 1994. During this period, Border appeared in 429 matches where he scored 17698 runs (517 innings) with an average of 40.77.
