Former Ireland cricketer and present England limited-overs captain Eoin Morgan is one of the greatest left-handed batsmen. While England limited-overs sides have achieved great success under his captaincy, Morgan has also maintained great batting performances during his ongoing captaincy tenure.
Morgan is England’s most limited-overs run-scorer as he is leading both the ODI (6624 runs) and T20I (2138 runs) lists of the England cricket team. In his T20I career (2009-present), Morgan has already played 89 T20Is. He was also a member during England’s successful journey in the ICC World T20 2010.
While Morgan has come to bat for 47 times in the second innings of the T20I matches, the left-handed batsman remained not out in 14 innings, where he registered four half-centuries. Out of those unbeaten batting performances during T20I chasing, his team won in 12 matches.
