Kumar Sangakkara (2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011-2012, 2014 and 2015)

Former Sri Lankan cricketer Kumar Sangakkara was known as one of the greatest wicket-keeper batsmen in international cricket history. While he played the Test cricket from 2000 to 2015, the left-handed batsman scored 12400 runs in 134 Tests with an average of 57.40. Sri Lanka’s most Test run-scorer hit 38 centuries and 52 half-centuries in Test career.
During his Test career, Sangakkara achieved the top spot of the ICC Test batting rankings for multiple times as he claimed that feat in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011-2012, 2014 and 2015. His highest Test rating was 938 (4th December 2007) – the joint-seventh highest rating in the Test batting rankings history.
