The former Indian all-rounder Yuvraj Singh was one of the greatest all-rounders in international cricket history. The world cricket knows his effectiveness in a team. He is one of the major reasons why India U19 won the ICC U19 Cricket World Cup 2000 (won Player of the Tournament award), and India won the ICC World T20 2007 as well as the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 (won Player of the Tournament award).

Yuvraj was the first batsman in T20 cricket history to hit six sixes in an over. While the all-rounder scored 4857 runs (average 25.69) and also took 80 wickets in 231 T20 matches, he scored 2750 runs (average 24.77) and also took 36 wickets in 132 IPL matches. Till IPL 2019, he is also the only bowler to manage two hat-tricks in an IPL season (IPL 2009).

Yuvraj played his last IPL season for the Mumbai Indians in the IPL 2019. At the late period of the 2019 IPL auction, Mumbai Indians bought him for his base price – INR 1 crore. He played only four matches in that edition, where the left-handed batsman scored 93 runs (average 24.50), including one half-century.
