David Warner

Australian opener David Warner is not only one of the greatest left-handed batsmen, but he has also involved in many image downing and career-threatening controversies. However, here we are talking about the issue which was raised due to his poor drinking habits.
After the England vs Australia match in the ICC Champions Trophy 2013, when the players from both teams were in the Australian-themed bar in Birmingham, Warner allegedly hit English cricketer Joe Root. In result, Warner was suspended from that remaining tournament & the opening game of the Ashes 2013 in England.
He also apologised to Root and claimed that the English cricketer had forgiven him. Later, Warner also revealed that he didn’t sip a single drop of alcohol between June 2015 and May 2017.
Warner once again returned to the game strongly by performing impressively as an opener.
