Over the years, Australia dominated the women’s cricket and their dominance continued in India. They whitewashed India 3-0 in the ODI series at Vadodara. Australia also won the T20 tri-series beating England in the final at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai.
Meanwhile, the three-match ODI series kicked off on March 12 in Baroda. The Australian eves completely outclassed their opponent to win the series.
Coming to the T20Is, they started their campaign with a six-wicket win over India Women.
However, they suffered a shocking defeat against England in the group fixture by eight wickets. Since then, they dominated the series and won the final beating England by 57 runs.
The renowned all-rounder had a pretty good series contributing with both bat and ball. She scored an unbeaten 70 in the second ODI against India. Perry also chipped in crucial wickets when her team needed the most.
