England vs New Zealand 5th T20I: ENG vs NZ Dream11 Team, Playing XI, Fantasy Cricket Tips
Dawid Malan’s maiden T20I ton and assistance by Eoin Morgan saw England creat history and put up a giant score of 241 on the board in the fourth T20I, winning the game by 76 runs and also levelling the series. After being asked to bat first, England did lose an early wicket of Jonny Bairstow but the middle-order’s effort saw them score a big total.
Malan and Morgan put up 182 runs for the third wicket in just 12.2 overs. England’s skipper missed the three-figure mark by just nine runs as he was dismissed in the final over by Tim Southee.
Defending the target, the visitors had the game in their hand with New Zealand six down in less than 10 overs but sloppy fielding effort from them saw New Zealand come close and minimise the difference. Mark Pattinson (4-0-47-4) was the pick of the bowler.
With the final game deciding the fate of the series, both the teams will go in with a full-strength squad, putting behind the move to experiment. For England, James Vince could be back while James Neesham might be also be given a chance in the fifth and the final T20I.
During the series, both the teams have experimented with the playing XI especially England, who have handed debut caps to all six uncapped players on the tour.
Eden Park is a high-scoring ground and chasing the target will be the thing to do here. So team winning the toss will bowl first. New Zealand could have chased the agent in the fourth T20I but losing six wickets in first 10 overs did not help their case. Expect another high-scoring game at The Eden Park.
