Manish pandey is a cricketer who is best suited to no.3 and no.4 position because of his style of batting, which is more of an attack-defense-attack.
He should have been selected during that time because he was scoring heavily. But yes an injury ruined his next season.
Had a good Ranji trophy in 2013-14 and helped Karnataka win the ranaji trophy. Had a good IPL. But an average 2014-15 season( though ended up with treble). Finished the season with a hundred in Irani trophy against ROI. He still averages more than 50 in first class cricket. Yes it would have been fantastic if he had already represented India.
