M.S. Dhoni
The list will be incomplete without including Indian M.S. Dhoni in it. Though he is a much-loved cricketer in the country yes he has haters too as he is one of the cricketers with rigid nature as he never used to change their mindset. Like not giving a chance to new players, preferring players of his choice etc.
These are a few things that he is hated for. He has been alleged of giving preference to CSK players in the Indian team and composition of the Indian team in the past 7 years says so. This is just one of the reasons for hatred against him. There are many reasons that can be added to it but also he is one of the most loved cricketers in the country.
His captaincy skills and match-winning ability is something which he is loved. His ability to win the game with a six is one thing that is impossible to replicate as this is his signature style signing off the game. Surely he is one of the cricketers who have tasted success and have received equal criticism.
