Subramaniam Badrinath

During his early domestic career, Subramaniam Badrinath was famous for his consistent performances as a middle-order batsman. He made his international debut on 20th August 2008 during the Dambulla ODI against Sri Lanka.
In his short international career, Badrinath played for India in two Tests, seven ODIs and only T20I where the right-handed batsman scored 63, 79 and 43 runs respectively. In fact, he won the Player of the Match award during his only T20I (against West Indies at Port of Spain on 4th June 2011). But his international career unfortunately not lasted long as he only played four more ODIs in the same month of his only T20I.
However, Badrinath was one of the greatest batsmen in Indian domestic cricket history who finished his first-class career with the batting average of 54.49 (10,245 runs in 216 innings and 145 matches). He was also the leading run-scorer (922 runs) during the 2010/11 Ranji Trophy season. While he mostly served for Tamil Nadu (2000/01-2014/15) in the domestic cricket, he finished his career playing for Hyderabad.
Badrinath played 95 IPL matches between 2008 and 2013, where he scored 1,441 runs with an average of 30.65 and strike-rate of 118.89. In August 2018, he retired all forms of cricket.
