3. AMI, Stadium, Christchurch:

Home to multiple numbers of sports, AMI Stadium, is famously known for historical rugby and cricket matches. It had undergone two name changes; formerly it was called Lancaster Stadium, but in 1998 it was changed to Jade Stadium and lastly in 2007 it got renamed as the AMI Stadium and after the insurance company acquired the naming rights.

The first match played on this ground was between England XI and Canterbury in front of 5000 spectators. Since its inception, India has played four Test matches at this venue with a win percentage of 0. India last played a Test match here in 1990 and was handed a ten-wicket defeat by the Kiwis.
