Imran Khan

Former Pakistan cricketer Imran Khan, who is currently the Prime Minister of his country, was one of the greatest pace-bowling all-rounders in international cricket history. He was a match-winner in both roles, as a right-handed batsman and right-arm fast bowler.
After the 1987 Cricket World Cup, Khan retired from the international cricket. But in the next year, he decided to return as the captain of the Pakistan team in the request of then Pakistan President General Zia-Ul-Haq. Under Khan’s leadership, Pakistan won their first cricket World Cup in 1992 edition. The successful final match of that tournament was his last international match.
From 1971 to 1992, Imran Khan played 88 Tests and 175 ODIs.
