ICC Cricket World Cup 2019: Top Five Cricketers Who Were Successful In Last World Cup, But Fail To Feature In This Edition 1

Australian pace-bowling all-rounder James Faulkner played one of the crucial roles for Australia to win the 2015 ICC Cricket World Cup. The left-arm pacer bagged ten wickets in six matches in that tournament.

His best performance in that tournament was in the final where he had the game-changing bowling figures of 9-1-36-3. In the crucial moments of that match, Faulkner dismissed two set Kiwi batsmen and changed the entire game. He won the Player of the Match award in that final game of the tournament.

However, since then, Faulkner struggled to perform consistently in international cricket. Also, several injuries were another crucial factor for him to miss out international cricket for more than one and a half-year. Faulkner played his last ODI in October 2017.
