3. Irfan Pathan (India)
During his early international career, Irfan Pathan was known as one of talented pace bowler. Later, he has evolved as a useful all-rounder. However, due to inconsistent form and continuous fitness issues, Irfan has faced many drop out from the national team. But many times he has also come back brilliantly in the national team.
After making his ODI debut in January 2004, Irfan has played 120 ODI matches where he has scored 1,544 runs and also taken 173 wickets. This current active player played his last ODI in August 2012.
Though he has made many impressive comebacks, Irfan hasn’t played a match in Cricket World Cup. However, he played an essential role in India’s victory in the 2007 ICC World T20, including his winning the Player of the Match award in the final of that tournament.
