2. Sir Alastair Cook (England)

Former English opening batsman Sir Alastair Cook was one of the greatest batsmen in international cricket history. Among the England batsmen, Cook is the only cricketer to score 10,000+ runs in Test career. He is the most run-scorer in international cricket as an England batsman.
From 2006 to 2014, Cook played 92 ODIs where the left-handed opening batsman scored 3,204 runs (average 36.40). He hit five centuries and 19 half-centuries in ODI career. However, his ODI career was not so sparkling like his long Test career.
Despite modest performances in ODI career, Sir Alastair Cook failed to make a debut in Cricket World Cup.
